How to make
Make cuts in the chicken breasts. Mix the ricotta with the spinach, season with nutmeg, black pepper and salt.
Fill the chicken breasts with the mixture. Wrap each chicken breast in 2 slices of ham.
Heat the olive oil and fry the breasts for 4 minutes on each side.
Transfer them to the preheated to 390°F (200 degrees) oven and bake them for 15 minutes.
