Beat the eggs and sugar, add the yoghurt, oil, flour, baking soda and vanilla one after another. Pour the mixture into a greased form. Bake in preheated oven at 360°F (180 °C) for about 45 minutes.
Finally, check if it is ready with a toothpick – when removing it, there must not be any crumbs clinging to it. Once ready, sprinkle it with powdered sugar if desired.
