How to make
Dissolve the yeast in 3 tbsp of warm water. Add a pinch of flour and let it activate.
Mix the flour with the salt and sift them. Add the sugar and olive oil.
Pile the flour and create a hole in the middle. Pour in the yeast and water. Knead a soft dough and let it rise for two hours.
Make three baguettes, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake on moderate heat for approximately 30 minutes.
In case your oven doesn't have a fan, place small bowls with water around the baguettes.
