How to make
Cut the bread into thin slices about 0.3″ (6.5 mm). Coat them with olive oil on both sides and bake them in a preheated oven at 340°F (170 degrees) for 10 minutes, turning them once. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
Mix the cream cheese with one tablespoon of chopped dill, lemon juice and salt. Stir well.
Place smoked salmon on thin slices on each slice. Place the cream cheese on top with a small spoon. Garnish with capers and chopped dill.
