How to make
Heat up the oven. Place the baguette slices in it.
Brush the slices with a little olive oil and bake 8″ (20 cm) from the grill for 2-1 minutes, until the slices aquire a golden color.
Flip and bake them on the other side.
Remove the tuna from the tin. In a bowl, season with black pepper, lemon juice, olive oil and salt.
Spread a spoonful of cottage cheese on the toasts and spread some of the seasoned tuna to cover them.
Add sliced radish rings and basil or parsley leaves on top of the delicious crostini.
Serve the tuna, cottage cheese and radish crostini immediately.
