How to make
In the evening, soak the chickpeas in salted water and on the next day wash them and pour cold water over them.
Boil it until they soften, then strain them. Separate 1/3 of the grains and rub the rest through a strainer.
This way, a puree is obtained, which we mix with crushed garlic and tahini. Season it with salt and citric acid.
Pour the delicious hummus into a wide plate, sprinkle it with paprika and finely chopped parsley.
On top, add the separated whole grains in a pile.
The chickpeas with tahini is a great dip, try it.
