How to make
Cut the avocado into halves, remove its seed and remove edible part from the skin with a spoon.
Pour in the freshly squeezed lemon juice, olive oil, add the crushed garlic clove over it and mix with a fork until a smooth mixture forms and season with salt and black pepper.
Spread the whole grain rice crackers with the avocado paste, top off with a slice of cucumber, cherry tomato, pitted olive and fresh basil leaves.
