Ingredients

  • coconut oil - 1.6 oz (45 g)
  • coconut sugar - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • flaxseed flour - 1 tsp, mixed with 4 tsp. of water
  • vanilla
  • peanut butter - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • spelt flour - 3.9 oz (110 g)
  • baking soda - 1 tsp.
  • salt - a pinch

How to make

Mix all the ingredients and knead a shiny dough. From the dough, form walnut-sized balls and arrange them at a distance of 2-3 centimeters from each other in a tray lined with baking paper.

Press each ball down with a fork to make it flat.

Bake in a preheated 350°F (175 °C) oven for about 12-14 minutes. If you prefer them well baked and more crunchy, like me, leave them for 15 minutes.

Once you take them out of the oven, leave them in the tray to cool down completely and harden.

Keep the cookies in a box.
