How to make
Sift the flour into a bowl and add the yoghurt, oil, melted butter and 2/5 cup (100 g) powdered sugar. Knead a soft dough, add vanilla if desired.
Leave it in the fridge for 2 hours. Roll out the dough into a thin sheet and cut it into rectangles or triangles.
At one end, put a piece of Turkish delight and a walnut and roll it up. Arrange them in a tray with baking paper and put them to bake in a moderate oven to pinking.
While still warm, roll them in powdered sugar immediately after removing from the oven.
