How to make
Clean and wash the nettle. Throw it into boiling salted water and let it boil. Put the nettle through a sieve. Prepare a roux of flour and butter and dilute it with the nettle.
Add the puree. Allow the soup to boil for 10-15 minutes, remove it from the heat and add 1 piece of fresh butter, as big as a walnut. Serve it with fried cubes of bread.
