How to make
Boil the syrup for 10 minutes and let it cool. Beat the yoghurt in a bowl with the sugar, egg and vanilla. Add the semolina, flour and baking powder. Mix it well.
Transfer the mixture into a greased tray. Arrange almonds on top and put to bake in a moderate oven for 1 hour. Cut the cake into rectangular pieces and pour on the syrup.
Leave this cake for 3-4 hours in a refrigerator.
