How to make
Put the chicken to boil until semi-done. Fry the chopped onions, leeks, carrots and mushrooms until slightly soft and add the rice. Stir until it fries as well and add the crushed garlic with the other spices.
Transfer the mixture into an oven dish, distribute the coarsely chopped chicken and add 6 cups of hot chicken broth. Put the dish carefully into a moderately heated oven to bake until the rice absorbs the liquid.
Serve the chicken with rice and vegetables, sprinkled with soya sauce.
