Ingredients

  • chicken breast - 7 oz (200 g)
  • leeks - 1 leek
  • carrots - 1
  • celery - 1 stalk
  • rice - 1/2 cup
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • curry - 1 tbsp.

  • egg yolks - 1
  • yogurt - 4.4 oz (125 g)
  • flour - 1 tbsp.

How to make

Boil the meat in salted water until done. Remove it and let it cool. Tear it into small pieces.

Cut the vegetables into small pieces and stew them in a little fat. Add the broth in which you cooked the meat. Put the rice, shredded meat and spices. Boil for 15 minutes or until the rice is fully cooked.

Make the thickener by putting the yogurt, egg yolk and flour in a bowl.

Stir with wire whisk. Remove the soup from the heat. Add small amounts of the broth to the thickener until the temperatures are even. Pour all of the thickener into the soup.

Place it back onto the heat. Wait for it to boil and turn it off. Serve it while it is warm.
