Ingredients

  • chicken drumsticks - 2 pcs.
  • oil - 4 tbsp.
  • vegetables - 7 oz (200 g) frozen mix (peas, carrots, green beans)
  • potatoes - 4 - 5 pcs.
  • onions - 1 onion
  • salt - by taste
  • paprika - 1 tbsp.
  • tomato sauce - 1 tbsp.
  • oregano
  • parsley
  • black pepper
  • flour - 1 tbsp.

How to make

The chicken drumsticks are boiled in salted water, strain them and debone and cut them into large pieces.

Heat oil, fry finely chopped onions to soften, add the mix of vegetables and chopped potatoes.

After 2-3 minutes, add tomato sauce and paprika, stir and pour in a glass of water and some chicken broth.

See what it tastes like, if necessary add salt, black pepper and oregano. Cook over medium heat until vegetables are cooked.

If there is more liquid, mix some flour with a little water and add it to the pan. Once it bubbling up, it's done. Serve the stew with chopped parsley.
