Ingredients

  • croutons - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • potatoes - 5 - 6
  • carrots - 2
  • broth - 2 tsp, chicken
  • tomatoes - 1
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp
  • curry - 1 tsp
  • turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  • black pepper - to taste
  • parsley - 4 sprigs diced

How to make

Peel and slice the potatoes. Put them in a pot along with the cleaned and sliced carrots and tomato (peeled).

Pour in the hot chicken broth and bring the potatoes to a boil until soft. Then blend everything in the pot and mix in the spices. Serve a portion of hot soup, sprinkled with a handful of chopped parsley and croutons.
