Ingredients

  • rum - 3/4 of a cup.
  • lemon juice - 1/2 a cup.
  • mint - 30 leaves
  • green tea - 2 cups.
  • soda - 1/2 of a cup.
  • cucumber - 1 pc. (whole)
  • sugar - 1 tsp.
  • water - 1 cup.
  • cucumbers - cut for decoration

How to make

Add the cucumber in a pan along with the water and sugar. Boil at medium-high heat until the sugar is melted. Remove from the heat and discard the cucumber.

Mash the mint leaves and add the juice, as well as the other ingredients along with the ice.

Serve immediately, placing a slice of cucumber on the edge of the glass.
