Ingredients

  • mince - 2 lb (1 kg) pork and veal mixture
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • cayenne pepper - 1 tbsp hot
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • onions - 1 head chopped
  • cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g) diced
  • garlic - 1 - 2 cloves, crushed, optional

How to make

Combine all products with spices in a large bowl and knead the mixture well. Shape 3 or 4 patties with greased hands in an oval and flat form.

Bake on a grill, plate or pan until it gets a nice tan on both sides. Serve with cheese and garnish with grated carrots, beetroot, cabbage and fried potatoes.
