How to make
Melt the butter and broken chocolate in a container in a water bath on the stove until homogenized. Combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
Add the chocolate to this, add the eggs in, stir well and finally- add the walnuts. Pour the cake mixture into a small baking form, covered with baking paper.
Put the cake to bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 °C) for 20-25 minutes. When ready, you can sprinkle it with cocoa, smear it with honey or pour couverture chocolate or ganache over it.
