How to make
Boil the water and add the sugar cubes, oil and 1 pinch of citric acid and salt. When boiling, pour in the flour and stir until it begins to thicken. Allow to cool and add the eggs in one at a time.
Mix until you get a homogeneous mixture. Prepare a syrup of sugar and water, which you boil 5 minutes then flavor with vanilla. Shape the tulumbas to your desired size.
Fry them in an oil bath at a low temperature. You can spray the dough out into small forms, into the hot oil. When taking them out, dip them in the syrup and immediately take them out with a slotted spoon. Finally, pour the rest of the syrup in.
