How to make
Wash the zucchini and cut them lengthwise. Boil in salted water until softened. Remove and dry, but carve out the insides.
Grate the feta cheese, add the eggs, chopped parsley, salt and black pepper. Fill the zucchini with the resulting mixture.
Arrange in a pre-greased baking dish and bake in the oven until it turns rosy.
