How to make
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg yolks with sugar into foam. Gradually add the chocolate, butter and crushed almond nuts.
Beat the whites into hard snow and add them lastly. Pour the resulting mixture into a baking dish laid out with baking paper and bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven.
Allow the finished cake to cool slightly, then cut it into two or three horizontal layers. Smear each layer with a jam of your choice and / or whipped cream that you've mixed with crushed almond nuts.
Glaze the finished cake with chocolate and leave it for at least 3 hours in a refrigerator prior to serving.
