How to make
The beef is chopped into very fine pieces. Knead in a bowl with 1 egg yolk from a fresh egg and 1 tablespoon of oil, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, crushed onions, parsley and all the spices.
If you prefer, do not put the yolk into the meat. Press this mixture into a bowl and invert it onto a plate. Make a hollow in the middle and put the second yolk inside.
Serve the Tartare steak with toast, if desired garnished with finely diced onion, pickles, capers or a chili pepper.
Mix the minced meat with yolk and spread it on toast.
