How to make
Clean the pears and cut them into oblong pieces. Peel the pomegranates and break them into seeds, cut the plums into quarters. Cut the kiwi into circles. Optionally, you can add other fruits too.
Place them in the main bowl with the grapes, the fruit with 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice. Sprinkle with 3 tablespoons brown sugar, a pinch of nutmeg and a pinch of cinnamon. Mix thus prepared salad and leave for 30 minutes to cool.
The ingredients listed are enough for four people. Serve the salad on a plate, the periphery of which you've garnished with almonds, covered with honey.
