  • beef - 11 oz (300 g) topside
  • onions - 1 head
  • peppers - 2 red
  • chilies - 1.
  • tomato paste - 1 tbsp
  • water - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • sugar
  • vinegar - 1/2 tsp

How to make

Cut beef into cubes about 2 cm wide, fry in a hot pan until the pink color disappears from the meat. Put the meat in a pot, place the onions on top, cut into slices.

Add coarsely chopped peppers. The tomato paste is diluted with water, add a pinch of sugar and some vinegar.

Bake in preheated oven at 390°F (200 °C) for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
