Ingredients

  • mince - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • eggs - 12.
  • cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • butter - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • onions - 1 head
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch
  • bread - 2 slices
  • ketchup - 2 tbsp
  • milk
  • cumin
  • black pepper

How to make

Knead the minced meat with the spices and pre-soaked in milk and drained bread slices.

Divide it into 12 balls, shape meatballs from them and with a finger, in the middle of each, make a groove, in which to break an egg.

Put a little butter and grated cheese on top and bake.
