Ingredients

  • chicken - 17.5 oz (500 g) white meat
  • onions - 1 head
  • butter - 3 tbsp
  • flour - 3 tbsp
  • cream - 1 cup
  • broth - 1 cup
  • mustard - 1 tsp
  • nutmeg
  • salt

How to make

In the butter and 2 tablespoons water, saute the finely chopped onions. Add the meat, diced and rolled in flour.

Fry for 2 to 3 minutes and add broth, cream, mustard and nutmeg. Simmer on low heat for ten minutes.

Serve with stewed mushrooms and salad.
