How to make
Sift the flour and make a small pit in it, in which you pour diluted yeast and add other products. An elastic dough is formed into a smooth ball and tied in a muslin cloth or bag.
Put it in a bowl of lukewarm water. When lowered into the water, it falls to the bottom, but when it rises, it will rise to the surface.
Split yeasted dough into two balls that you flatten into cakes onto a greased baking pan. The top is coated with egg yolk and pierced with a fork 4 - 5 times.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. When roasted, moisten with wet hands and wrap in a towel. They become very soft and fluffy.
