How to make
Wash and peel the potatoes well. Cut them into slices, equally thick. Arrange the slices on the bottom of a greased pan, like a cake layer.
Sprinkle with cheese, a bit of pre-stewed mushrooms, onions, ham, melted cheese, herbs and salt. Then repeat the same way, and add a little olive oil.
Put foil and bake in a preheated oven. When the cake is almost ready, add grated cheese and finish cooking without foil.
