  • spaghetti - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • bacon - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • olive oil - 4 tablespoons

  • parmesan - 1 tablespoon
  • cream - 4 tablespoons

How to make

Boil the spaghetti according to packet directions, drain them and wash. Chop the bacon into small pieces and braise them in 4 tbsp oil for a few min.

Add the finely ground garlic cloves. Then add the pasta and cook 3-4 min. until it heats up again. Make a homogeneous mixture from the eggs, parmesan and cream.

Season with salt and black pepper. Pour this mixture over the braised pasta and bacon, stir and remove from the stove so that the eggs don't harden. Leave to sit for a few min.
