Ingredients

  • pancakes - 8 - 10, ready - made
  • mushrooms - 9 oz (250 g)
  • chicken fillet - 9 oz (250 g)
  • carrots - 1
  • green onions - 1 bunch
  • soy sauce - 1 - 2 tablespoons
  • processed cheese - 4 oz (120 g) natural
  • black pepper
  • parsley
  • sauce
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • flour - 3 - 4 tablespoons
  • milk - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • cheese - 10.5 oz (300 g) for sprinkling

How to make

Braise all the vegetables and meat, finely chopped, add the spices. When a lot of the water from the mushrooms evaporates, add the processed cheese and soy sauce, remove from the stove.

Braise the flour with the butter and add the milk until thickened.

Arrange the filled pancakes in a tray or suitable container, pour the sauce on top, sprinkle on the cheese.

Bake at 390°F (200 °C) for 10-15 min.
