Zucchini are the ideal option for summer - a light and tasty dish.
They are usually cooked very quickly, no matter what heat treatment we choose, in a short amount of time, because they are fresh and medium-hard vegetables.
If you have decided to prepare zucchini by frying them, you need to cut the zucchini into narrow slices (about half a centimeter thick), then you need to rinse them in water.
Before you throw them in the pan, you must have prepared a convenient container for rolling and put a little flour in it, which is just enough to roll the slices well on both sides. It is possible to put ground spices to your liking in the flour.
The next step is to fry the zucchini. You can use both a regular pan and a grill pan.
Be careful with the hob, because if the fat is too hot or the hob is too hot, the heat will crisp up the zucchini quick, but they will not fry well on the inside.
Turn them periodically and check how they are fried on both sides and whether that is even. The fried zucchini are ready when they aquire a golden brown color on both sides.
Once you get this effect on both sides of the slices, you can take them out and place them in a container lined with kitchen paper to remove excess fat from the zucchini, because during this type of processing, zucchini absorb excess fat, which after lowering the temperature, is separated.
