How to make
Clean the mushrooms and remove their stems. Smear the tray in which you'll be baking with 1 tsp butter, arrange the mushroom caps in it and put a small piece of cheese on each.
Chop the stems finely and braise them in the remaining butter until golden. Lower the stove to medium, pour in the cream, add the processed cheese and season. Stir the mixture until the processed cheese melts, then take off the stove.
Fill the mushroom caps with the resulting mixture, pour the rest of it around them.
Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven for 40 min.
