How to make
Put the cleaned chicken to boil with some black pepper, allspice, cloves and bay leaf. Then cut the meat out and use the bones for soup if you like.
Heat the oil and fry the coarsely chopped onion. Then add the pre-washed and drained rice to it. Stir until the rice is sautéed. Season with salt and pepper.
Transfer everything in a baking dish and arrange the chicken pieces. Pour the strained broth into the dish and put it to bake until the rice fully absorbs the liquid.
