How to make

The best tasting ones are made from veal and pork ground in a mince grinder. Mix together both types of ground meat in a bowl. Mix them with the finely chopped onions and bacon.

Add the spices and season to taste - add a little more salt if needed and a chili pepper if you like.

Pour in the carbonated water and continue kneading.

Cover the bowl with stretch wrap and put it in the fridge for 1-2 hours to take in the aromas.

Take a ball of mince and shape meatballs with wet hands. You can fry them in heated oil in a pan on the stove or cook on a heated grill.

Serve with a garnish of French fries and fresh vegetables.

They're really juicy and tasty.
