  • sugar - 4 cubes
  • eggs - 4
  • butter - 1 tablespoon
  • syrup
  • sugar - 1 cup (225 g)
  • water - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • vanilla - 2 powder packets

How to make

Dough: Put the water in a pot to come to a boil, then add the butter, sugar and flour and stir with a wooden spoon until the mixture thickens. Remove from the stove and leave it to cool a bit, add the eggs 1 by 1.

Pour a lot of oil in a deep pot and put it on the stove. Once it heats up, spray out tulumbas directly in the pot with a large icing piping syringe.

Take the tulumbas out and dip them for a few seconds in the syrup that you've prepared ahead of time. Pour the remaining syrup over all of them.

Syrup: Put the sugar and water to boil in a pot. Once boiling, remove from the stove, add the vanillas and stir well with a spoon.
