Ingredients

  • for the dough
  • eggs - 2
  • cottage cheese - 1 lb (0.5 kg)
  • baking soda - 1 teaspoon
  • yoghurt - 2 tablespoons
  • hartshorn - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 cups
  • for the syrup
  • water - 4 cups
  • sugar - 3 cups
  • vanilla - 1 packet

How to make

Mix all the products for the dough, stir well. Knead a soft dough, put it in a pastry bag and spray out tulumbas.

Fry the resulting tulumbas in heated oil until golden. Then add the cold syrup. To make the syrup, dissolve the ingredients for it and stir the resulting fluid on low heat.

Once thickened, remove it.
