  • sugar - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • cream - 1/2 cup
  • baking powder - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • flour - 1 cup (250 g)

How to make

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites to snow.

Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar. Add the cream, then the yolks as well.

Add the flour, sifted and mixed with the baking powder ahead of time. Stir everything and finally add the whites.

Put the dough into an oiled tray. Peel the apples, remove their seeds and cut them into slices.

Distribute the slices in the tray, sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 360°F (180 °C) for 50 min. Serve cold.
