How to make
Put the oil, water and pinch of salt in a pot on the stove.
Once it starts to boil, pour in the flour and stir until you obtain a smooth dough.
Remove it aside and wait to cool, then add the eggs 1 by 1.
From the resulting thick mixture, pipe out tulumbas in the heated oil.
Once fried until golden, take them out and leave to cool. Syrup with the lemon syrup, boiled from the ingredients for it.
