  • lamb meat - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • butter - 1/3 cup (80 g)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • rice - 1 cup
  • parsley - fresh

How to make

Cut the lamb meat into bites. Braise them in the butter until reddened. Salt to taste and season with black pepper.
