How to make
Pour the water in a casserole to heat up, add the honey and stir until it melts.
Clean the onions and chop them finely. Peel the ginger and cut it into round slices. Add the onions and ginger to the water, pour in the turmeric and leave on low heat to boil until reduced by half.
Strain it into a jar, cap it and store in the fridge. Drink 1-2 tbsp of it every morning on an empty stomach and 2 hours after dinner every night.
