How to make
For the caramel, beat the eggs, milk and sugar until homogeneous. In another container, beat the products for the layer.
In a small cake form, caramelize 5 tbsp sugar. Pour the creme caramel and the mixture for the layer over it, in the middle.
Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven for 40-45 min. in a water bath. Take it out to cool and then place in the fridge for a few hours. Take it out and invert onto a platter.
