How to make
Knead a very hard dough from the products.
Use a spoon to form the upper and lower halves of the hedgehogs.
To make their snouts curl up, arrange them along the edges of the tray.
Once baked, stick them together in pairs.
Decorate with chocolate using a toothpick. Dip the rest of each hedgehog in chocolate and ground walnuts.
