Ingredients

  • eggplants - 24.5 oz (700 g)
  • peppers - 6, red
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • oil - about 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • vinegar - 2 tbsp
  • salt
  • parsley

How to make

Bake the peppers and eggplants on a grill or stove. You can bake them in the oven as well but the taste just won't be the same. Put the baked veggies in a plastic bag and once they cool, peel them.

Cut them into pieces and mash them in a plate. In a bowl, put the chopped garlic and parsley. Add the mashed veggies and pour in the oil and vinegar. Salt and stir.
