How to make
Chop the washed tomatoes into coarse pieces and pass them through a milling machine to remove the skins and seeds (twice if necessary for a smooth homogeneous mixture).
Mash together the peeled onions and garlic, as well as the spices (excluding the cinnamon stick).
Mix everything and boil in a tray to the desired consistency, while stirring nonstop.
Pour the ketchup into well washed and dried bottles with caps. Sterilize for 10-15 min. to vacuum seal the caps.
