Boil the potatoes, peel and grate them on a coarse grater, add the crumbled feta cheese, braised spinach and remaining ingredients.
Knead everything very well, form meatballs and keep in the fridge until it's time to fry.
Bread them in flour and breadcrumbs, fry until ready, drain onto paper towels, serve with the dairy-garlic sauce.
