How to make
Beat the eggs with a fork and gradually add the other ingredients 1 by 1 - the yoghurt in which you've dissolved the baking soda and the lemon juice, the sugar, flour, oil and cocoa.
Flavor with vanilla and stir well with a spoon.
Pour the mixture into an oven dish 11″ (28 cm) in diameter, the bottom of which you've smeared with butter, and put it to bake.
Bake at 360°F (180 °C) for 20 min. Smear the baked cake with honey, while it's still warm.
Once it cools, cut it into slices.
For decoration, you can beat 1 tbsp egg white with 4 tbsp powdered sugar and a few drops of lemon juice. Dye the resulting egg white glaze with confectionery dye and draw something colorful on top.
