How to make
Sift the flour into a bowl, add the salt and sugar, make a well, pour the water and yeast in it. Start kneading a dough - it needs to be smooth, homogeneous and stretchy.
Make it into a ball and cover with foil, leave it to rest for 30 min.
Divide the risen dough into about 8 parts. Shape each one into a small ball, then roll it out to a sheet with diameter of 4″ (10 cm).
Heat a grill/grill pan and put each sheet to crisp for a few min. on both sides.
Consume warm.
Notes: If you have leftover dough you can freeze it and use it whenever you need to. Just thaw it at room temperature and let it rise again.
It's especially nice and soft, very suitable for making pizza crust.
