  • onions - 2 heads
  • leeks - 2 bunches
  • red wine - 1 cup
  • flour - 1 tbsp
  • tomato paste - 5 tbsp
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • cumin - to taste
  • bay leaf - 1
  • salt - to taste

How to make

Chop the meat, onions and leeks. Then, saute them in the oil until softened. Pour in 1 cup water and leave the dish to simmer on the stove until the meat is semi-cooked.
