Ingredients

  • eggs - 2
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • oil - 4 tbsp
  • yoghurt - 4 tbsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • cognac - 1 tbsp
  • vanilla - 1
  • flour - 1/2 cup
  • chocolate buttons - 2 tbsp
  • jam - 1 cup, strawberry
  • liquid cream - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • powdered sugar - 2 tbsp

How to make

Beat the eggs with the sugar in a bowl with a whisk until whitened. Add the oil, yoghurt, cognac, vanilla and stir to a smooth mixture. Next, add the flour with baking powder and chocolate buttons, stir well.

Pour 2 tbsp of the mixture in each silicone muffin form and bake 20-25 min. in a preheated 360°F (180 °C).

Take them out and cut out a heart on the top of each muffin with a knife. Dig out the material and fill each muffin with strawberry jam or other jam of your choice.

Beat the liquid cream with 1 tbsp powdered sugar just to thicken it a bit, pour it into a funnel you've made from baking paper and outline the hearts. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with love!
