How to make
Dissolve 1 packet of vanilla pudding in 1 cup of milk and 4-5 tbsp sugar, so there's no lumps.
Put a pot with a nonstick coating on the stove, pour the rest of the milk in it and heat it up.
Add the pudding while stirring nonstop and remove once it thickens and becomes a nice, smooth cream.
Distribute it into cups but don't fill them all the way. Leave the cream to cool a bit in the cups.
Once the pudding has cooled, pour 1 tbsp frozen fruits in each cup.
Beat the sour cream until smooth, along with the 3 tbsp gelling sugar and add the vanilla.
Pour cream over the fruits in the cups, distributing it evenly.
Decorate as desired. Here I used half a biscotti in each cup and 1 tbsp fruits.
